Real Estate Licensing Classes

The real estate program consists of three classes that are required by the Bureau of Real Estate. This includes: Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles and Escrow.  These classes, when completed are designed to educate and inform students with the information needed to pass the California State Real Estate Exam to obtain a California real estate license.  When students become licensed, they can sell, lease or exchange real estate in California. These classes are also beneficial to students who wish to gain information and knowledge for their own personal real estate investing.
