This course will provide information on the duties and responsibilities of both the Notary Public and the Loan Signing Specialist, which will enable you to acquire the essential knowledge and skills to be successful in the career field. After completing the course, you will be able to identify and understand your role in a real estate transaction, including loan documents, appointment procedures, escrow, handling loan questions and marketing yourself in this field.
