One of the first commissions of the DRC was to identify the gaps in adult education service areas in the Coachella Valley. Indio and La Quinta were one of the first gap areas identified and a partnership between Desert Sands Unified and Coachella Valley Adult School was a perfect solution,” Weischedel said.
